- Can be different with every run:
- Tenacious: This enemy cannot be stunned, snared, slowed, dazed or crushed.
- Piercing: This enemy has deadly aim, causing all attacks to ignore 50% of all Armor and Magic Resist.
- Massive: This enemy has 15% increased health and size.
- Lightning Shield: The enemy occasionally gains a lightning shield which grants immunity to all damage.
- Plagued: The enemy has been enchanted with poisons. When it dies it deals damage to all nearby enemies equal to 75% of their current life.
- Savage: This enemy has 20% increased chance to critically strike and inflicts 25% increased critical strike damage.
- Blood Chiller: The enemy has been enchanted. When it dies it freezes the blood of all nearby enemies, reducing maximum Health and Mana by 10%.
- Vampiric: Grants all attacks a 65% chance to heal for 40% of the damage it deals.
- Thorns: This enemy has been enchanted, causing attackers to be dealt 15% of the damage they deal.
- Rain of Destruction: This enemy has been enchanted with fire, increasing critical strike chance by 40% and causing every 5th critical strike to summon a rain of fire that deals area damage.
