Dialogue[ | ]
Picking up quest
Scarticus: "We will be oppressed no more!"
You "I am ready to report for duty, Scarticus!"
- "Go home, soldier."
You "I found your last speech to be truly inspiring, Scarticus."
Scarticus: "Thank you, soldier. Words can be a mighty weapon indeed. In fact, at present, I am looking for a brave volunteer to steal Ostendar and Zagreb's printing press."
You "Who are Ostendar and Zagreb?"
Scarticus: "They are wicked Goblin Spellcasters, and Pyrrus' two Ministers of Propaganda. They work out of the Oratory, where they print mountains of lies about the greatness of Pyrrus, and the superiority of the gargoyle ruling class."
You "Go on..."
Scarticus: "We want to put an end to the spreading of the Ministers' foul lies, and to use their printing press to further the Brindle cause instead. But stealing the press is not enough, for the press won't work without the axel and the spindle to make the printing levers rotate."
You "Well, where are the axel and the spindle kept?"
Scarticus: "The Ministers are paranoid, and so they hold these parts themselves. Ostendar has the axel, and Zagreb has the spindle. Defeat these two ministers, retrieve the parts, and bring the printing press back to me. Can I entrust this dangerous task to you, soldier?"
You "Absolutely, Scarticus. To the Oratory, I go!"
ScarticusF: "Good luck, <player_name>."
Returning with the items
Scarticus: "Did you secure the printing press and defeat the Ministers of Propaganda?"
You: "Yes, the mission was a success!"
Scarticus: "And now it's time to put so valuable an item to use! If the rest of the world were told of Pyrrus' evil doings and his oppression of the Brindles, then perhaps more heroes like you would join us in our fight."
