- Bring it to Valuna in Sapphira's Lament.
- This ends the quest and you get your reward.

Valuna: "Greetings, <player_name>, have you found anything interesting?"
You "Valuna, I found this Cloak Scrap of the Crystal Lady."
Valuna: "When Pyrrus, bleeding and deranged, demanded that the Crystal Lady equip him with the magic he sought, the luminous woman, a noble creature known for her willingness to give aid to those in need, coldly and abruptly, denied him. She saw only a twisted darkness inside of the young man, and told him so. Upon hearing these words, Pyrrus swiftly drew his sword and swung it with precision. The Crystal Lady fell. As the shimmering glow of her jewels faded and she gazed up at the snarling face of her murderer, the dying woman, much to Pyrrus' surprise, began to sing."
