Poise can be any of the following in Villagers & Heroes:
Poise as a Rune[ | ]
Your Ability Power is increased while your health is higher than 95%.
Acquisition[ | ]
- Poise can be found on Armor, Belts, Gloves, Shields, and Weapons.
Poise as a Stat[ | ]
When active, Poise increases your Ability Power by a certain percentage (Min = 0%; Max = 15%). Poise is good on any toon that can safely attack enemies without taking damage. In solo play, any class with a lot of good initial burst damage or crowd control will benefit greatly from this. In group play, anyone who isn't the tank will benefit immensely from Poise, as it will almost always be active.
