Mounts

Mounts are a means of fast transportation in Villagers & Heroes. They allow for fast travel outside of combat, and exist in many variations of both speed and appearance.

Mount Mechanics

Speed

Mounts come at a variety of different speeds:

• Free Mounts are the slowest, though still faster than being on foot. You travel at this speed if you only have free mounts - as soon as you get at least one Premium mounts, every single mount increases to premium speed.
• Premium Mounts travel at a significantly higher speed. Once you obtain a Premium mount, every one of your mounts (including free and event mounts) will travel at this increased speed.
• The Golden Bridle is a Premium item that further increases the speed of your mount, regardless of whether it's a Premium mount or not.

Dismounting and Auto-Mounting

By default, as soon as you have one or more mounts, you will auto-mount whenever dismounted for any reason. The following things will cause you to dismount:

• Entering Combat
• Entering Water
• Crafting and Gathering

Once the action that caused you to dismount ends (combat ends, etc.), then you will remount again.

Free Mounts

Free Mounts can be acquired by any player at any time.

Premium Mounts

Premium Mounts can be purchased for Crowns in the Item Shop. They always run at the fastest possible mount speed (aside from the Golden Bridle boost), and buying a Premium mount instantly makes all owned mounts - Premium or not - run at this speed level as well.

Blight Vendor Mounts

Blight Vendor Mounts can be purchased in-game for either Shadenor Medallions, Quietus Medallions, Cinder Medallions or Bloodstone Medallions. They come at a very high price and only become available to buy once you have a very high reputation with each specific faction (Shade, Death, Ash, and Blood). They can be bought on the different Blight Islands: Shadenor, Quietus, Cinder Strand and Bloodstone.

These mounts can only be acquired through killing the level 95 Elders, but rarely drop.

Raid Mounts can be purchased in-game for ducats. They come at a very high price and are often viewed as "prestige" mounts. They can be bought in the Raid section of the game.

	Mallok's Wind	For those who persevered through the greatest of dangers, this ancient warhorse embodies the will of Mallok himself - strong, fast and unrelenting. As extra bonus: moves 15% faster. This bonus stacks with premium speed and the golden bridle.	Obtained when you receive gold reward at the raids - it is from the second season raids.
	Flame of Zell	For those who persevered through the firen and flames. As extra bonus: moves 15% faster. This bonus stacks with premium speed and the golden bridle.	Obtained when you receive gold reward at the raids - it is from the third season raids.
	Lightforged Spectral Horse	An undead horse of light and purity.	Costs 2.500 ducat-also found in Red Darrig Chests.

	Nigtmare Dragon	A dragon birthed from thenightmare realm.	Costs 7.000 ducats.
