Hunter Distract Throws a flashbang that distracts the enemy for 30 seconds, during which time they cannot take actions. Damage will cancel the effect. Hunter Retreat You disengage from nearby enemies, removing (x) threat from each enemy over 15 seconds. Additionally, for 15 seconds, all of your attacks are 25% less threatening and you gain a 20% chance to parry incoming melee attacks. Marksman Necklace
Priest Gloom Summons a deathly grasp that deals (x) points shadow damage over 10 seconds. The higher level weapon, the higher points shadow damage will be done. Shadow Mace

Priest Cure Holy Power aids your target and all allies around your target. Each ally is healed for (x) and has the duration of one of their level 79 debuffs reduced by 80%. If the debuff is fully removed, subsequent debuffs will have their duration reduced. Necklace
Priest Rebuke A judgement berates the enemy for 30 seconds, during which time they cannot take actions. Damage will cancel the effect. If Rebuked for at least 10 seconds the target will become Chided, reducing Armor and Magic Resist by (x) points for 30 seconds. Necklace
Warrior Griffin Strike An inspired strike deals X (+Y Fury Mastery) points physical damage and an additional X (+Y Fury Mastery) points physical damage over 10 seconds. Fury Sword

Warrior Raging Blow A violent strike deals X (+Y Fury Mastery) physical Damage. If the target is below 30% Health the strike instead deals 2X (+Y Fury Mastery) physical Damage. Fury Sword
Warrior Rally A rallying cry inspires all nearby allies, increasing Armor and Magic Resist by X (+Y Lightning Mastery) points and Maximum Health by 10% for 15 seconds. Lightning Sword
Warrior Lightning Bolt Launches a lightning bolt that deals X (+Y Lightning Mastery) physical damage and X (+Y Lightning Mastery) threat to your target. Lightning Sword
Warrior Thunderbird Strike A quick strike that deals X (+Y Lightning Mastery) physical damage to your target. Lightning Sword
Warrior Explosive Anger Boosts your Fury Mastery by X points for 20 seconds. While active, every Fury feat cast will increase the remaining duration of Explosive Anger by 2 seconds. Bracer
Warrior Storm Infusion Boosts your Lightning Mastery by X points for 20 seconds. While active, every Lightning feat cast will increase the remaining duration of Storm Infusion by 2 seconds. Bracer
Warrior Turn the Tide This warcry causes all nearby allies to gain X Critical Damage, and all enemies to be put in a controlled state for 15 seconds (damage wakes them up). Necklace
Warrior Surging Howl An energizing roar restores 500 Mana, as well as 75 bonus Mana for each enemy surrounding you. Your Mana is then increased by X for 60 seconds. Necklace
Wizard Glacial Spike Launches a piercing ice shard towards your target that deals (x) ice damage. Ice Staff
Wizard Hoarfrost Hurls a sharded ice orb that deals (x) ice damage. Ice Staff
Wizard Mana Fire Hurls a mana infused fireball that deals (x) fire damage. Mana Fire then steals mana from the target, restoring 80% of the mana spent on Mana Fire over 30 seconds. Fire Staff
Wizard Combust Flames engulf your target, dealing (x) fire damage. Fire Staff
Wizard Scorching Burn Underground molten lava launches towards your target, reducing Magic Resist by (x) and dealing (x) fire damage over 20 seconds. Fire Staff

Wizard Crystalline Mentality Boosts Ice Mastery for 20 seconds Spellbook
Wizard Crystallize Ice magic freezes an enemy solid for 30 seconds, during which time the enemy cannot take actions. Damage will cancel the effect. If frozen for at least 10 seconds the target will suffer a Brain Freeze, reducing Armor and Magic Resist by (x) for 30 seconds. Necklace
Wizard Mind Spark Immediately resets the cooldown on all other spells. Then spreads a radiant enchantment that covers the area, removing (x) threat from nearby enemies and inspiring the wizard for 15 seconds. While inspired, all attacks are x% less threatening and Masteries are increased by (x). Necklace


Crafted Gear[]

These abilities are found on crafted gear, and cannot be gained from items looted in the world. The highest level runes, will be 4 levels above the crafted gear level. For example, if you're crafting a level 21 item, your max rune level will be 25. This is achieved by crafting at least 30 of an item, to master the recipe. Then continue crafting for max level runes and check the stats of each maxed rune, to make sure you're getting the highest numeric values.

Hunter Nature's Veil Nature cloaks you with invisibility, making you unable to be seen by enemies level (x) and below. If cloaked for at least 5 seconds, then you will be granted Nature's Safeguard on leaving stealth, increasing your Armor and Magic Resist by (x) for 10 seconds. Only castable while not in combat. Very close enemies may see through the effect. Nature Bow
Hunter Poison Shot Fires a shot that poisons your target, dealing (x) nature damage over 6 seconds. Nature Bow
Hunter Woodland Arrow Fires a shot that deals (x) nature damage with a 75% chance to instead deal (y) nature damage. If fired while invisible, has a 100% chance for the latter damage amount. Nature Bow
Hunter Slowing Shot Fires a shot that deals (x) physical damage and causes your target to move 45% slower for 10 seconds. Marksman Bow
Hunter Splinter Shot Fires a bundle of arrows that erupt on impact, dealing (x) physical damage to all nearby enemies. Marksman Bow
Hunter True Shot Fires a shot that deals (x) physical damage. Marksman Bow
Priest Shadow Blast An explosion of shadow magic causes all nearby enemies to take (x) of shadow damage. Shadow Mace
Priest Shadow Orbs Launches 3 orbs of shadow that deal a total of (x) shadow damage. Has a 40% chance to detonate all of your damage over time effects on the target. Shadow Mace
Priest Shadow Bolt Launches dark energy that deals (x) shadow damage over 12 seconds. Shadow Mace
Priest Heal A blast of holy energy heals an ally for (x) and has a 10% chance to additionally apply the Holy Ardor blessing. Holy Mace
Priest Mass Heal A wave of holy energy heals all nearby allies for (x) health over 8 seconds. Holy Mace
Priest Holy Bolt Launches a holy missile that deals (x) holy damage. Deals 25% bonus damage to undead. Holy Mace
Warrior Whirlwind Quickly spinning with your blade drawn, all nearby enemies are dealt X (+Y Fury Mastery) points physical damage. The higher crafted sword, the higher the number X will be. Fury Sword
Warrior Phoenix Strike A powerful strike deals X (+Y Fury Mastery) points physical damage, then heals you for the greater of X points health or 75% of the damage dealt. The higher crafted sword, the higher the number X will be. Fury Sword
Warrior Slash A slashing stroke deals X (+Y Fury Mastery) points physical damage and wounds your target. The wound deals an additional X (+Y Fury Mastery) points physical damage over 12 seconds and reduces healing and regeneration by 50%. The higher crafted sword, the higher the number X will be. Warrior Pummel An electric strike deals X (+Y Lightning Mastery) points physical damage to your target and generates X (+Y Lightning Mastery) points extra threat. Threat causes enemies to be more likely to attack you rather than friends and allies. The higher crafted sword, the higher the number X will be. Lightning Sword
Warrior Thunderbolt Summons a thunderbolt that deals X (+Y Lightning Mastery) points physical damage and X (+Y Lightning Mastery) points threat to all nearby enemies. Threat causes enemies to be more likely to attack you rather than friends and allies. The higher crafted sword, the higher the number X will be. Lightning Sword
Warrior Charge Quickly move towards your target at lightning speed, striking as you arrive dealing X (+Y Lightning Mastery) points physical damage and stunning for 4 seconds. The higher crafted sword, the higher the number X will be. Lightning Sword
Wizard Fireball Hurls a fiery ball that deals (x) fire damage. Fire Staff
Wizard Fireburst A fiery blast surrounds you, causing all nearby enemies to take (x) fire damage and be stunned for 7 seconds. Fire Staff

Hunter Ferocity of the Wolverine The power of the wolverine washes over you for 20 seconds, increasing Attack Speed, Critical Damage, and Mana Efficiency by (x) and Nature Mastery by (x). Nature Bow
Hunter Venom of the Serpent You emit poisonous vapors, causing all nearby enemies to be poisoned for (x) nature damage over 10 seconds. Only on level 60 and higher Elder Bow
Priest Corrupting Plague Launches shadow magic that deals (x) shadow damage over 120 seconds while lowering the targets Magic Resist by (x). Shadow Mace
Priest Mass Absorb Shield Shields nearby allies for 15 seconds, absorbing (x) damage. If a shield expires before being consumed then the target will gain (x) Mana Regen for 15 seconds. Holy Mace

Warrior Titanic Power Arcs of lightning run through your for 20 seconds, during which time your chance to Parry is increased by 25% (+Y Lightning Mastery). Healing Received is increased by X (+Y Lightning Mastery) points and your Lighting Mastery is increased by x points. Lightning Sword
Warrior Unbreakable Will Disciplined training unleashes intense regeneration, healing you for X Health over 20 seconds. Only on level 60 and higher Elder Swords
Wizard Bitter Chill Erupts with a chilling explosion dealing (x) ice damage to all nearby enemies. The caster then gains the Pillars of Frost aura for 20 seconds. Pillars of Frost pulses every two seconds, each pulse causing nearby enemies to lose 3% Attack Speed and all allies to gain 1 Mastery. Stacks up to 10 times. Ice Staff
Wizard Flaming Meteor A flaming meteor fall onto your target, dealing (x) fire damage to all enemies caught in the blast, and setting them on fire for an additional (x) fire damage over 12seconds. Fire Staff
Wizard Arcane Alacrity A torrent of arcane power infuses you for 15 seconds, increasing your Attack Speed and Cooldown Rate by (X), and reducing your mana costs by 90%. Only on level 55 and higher Elder Staff

Trinket Runes[]

Trinket Runes are exclusively found on trinkets and grant certain abilities that can be used by any class. The values x and y in the table are values that scale based on the level of the rune.

All trinket runes cost no mana, have a 3 minute cooldown, have no casting time, and have a range of Self, excluding Grave Bolt which has a range of 40m and a cooldwon of 90 seconds.

Ability Description
Brutal Force Activate to increase your Critical Damage by x for 20 seconds and give yourself 100% chance to critically strike for 4 seconds.
Complete Control Activate to instantly restore 10% of your Mana and increase your Mana Efficiency by x for 20 seconds.
Conjured Regeneration Activate to instantly heal yourself for x Health and increase your Health Regen by y for 20 seconds.
Deadly Tactics Activate to increase your Critical Chance by x for 20 seconds. During this time your attacks ignore 10% of your opponents defenses.
Grave Bolt Summons a bolt of energy empowered by a restless spirit that deals x to your target. If Grave Bolt initiates combat, it will force the target to engage in solo battle, blocking the enemy's ability to call for aid.
Indomitable Constitution Activate to heal yourself for x Health over 20 seconds and increase your Health by y for 60 seconds.
Insight Activate to restore x Mana over 20 seconds and increase your Mana by x for 60 seconds.
Magical Defiance Activate to become invulnerable to Magic Damage for 6 seconds and increase your Magic Resist by x by 20 seconds.
Momentum Shift Activate to increase your Attack Speed by x and boost your chance to Dodge attacks by 25%. Lasts for 20 seconds.
Soaring Will Activate to have the next 2 spells you cast cost 0 Mana and increase your Mana Regen by x for 20 seconds.
Way of the Tortoise Activate to become invulnerable to Physical Damage for 6 seconds and increase your Armor by x for 20 seconds.
Zephyr's Enclave Activate to instantly reduce all remaining cooldowns by 40% and increase your Cooldown Rate by x for 20 seconds.
